Order Placing
All orders are made via the company website www.ridel.se.
Cancellation policy
It is possible to cancel the order without any extra cost before it leaves out our physical location for shipping. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and full name. It will be confirmed whether it is possible to cancel the order.
Prices
All products prices are in SEK and 25 % VAT is included.
Payment System
We offer KLARNA, SWISH, and MASTERCARD payment methods.
Terms of payment are stated in the checkout.
Shipping
If the order amount is equal to or higher than 399 SEK are entitled to free shipping.
If it is lower than 399 SEK, the default shipping charge of 59 SEK will be charged from the customer within Sweden.
The order will be delivered to your nearest DHL or PostNord agent center or mailbox.
Delivery time
The typical delivery time is 1-3 working days. In the case of any delay, it will be stated during the order. If there is an unwanted delay, it will be communicated by e-mail. In case of delivery delay, the customer has always reserved the right to cancel the order.
We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays. You always receive a notification via SMS, email, or letter showing where and when the package can be picked up. If you do not pick up the package, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 300 SEK.
Returns
If you wish to return the purchase, you must send a clear message to [email protected] before the cancellation deadline has passed. Returns are at your own expense. The article should be returned well packaged, in fine condition, and original packaging

Returns must be at your own expense. RiDel fashion will not pay for return.
If the products do not arrive at RiDel Fashion within 14 days after notification of return, the customer is deemed to have accepted the purchase.
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund your money as soon as possible or within 15 days from the day we received the product.
